Beijing, China – XBOSoft, a fast growing software quality assurance company, is this week celebrating their 4th anniversary. Over the past 4 years XBOSoft has grown to be a leader in the industry and is responsible for pioneering software testing methods that are permanently changing the software quality assurance landscape.

XBOSoft was founded by current CEO, Philip Lew, in 2006, and now exceeds over 100 staff, with offices in the USA, The Netherlands, Norway and China. Today XBOSoft advices on Quality Assurance processes and assists with flawless execution.

As part of the celebrations the XBOSoft team and XBO’s partners came to together in Beijing, China on Monday, 15 November, 2010. The event was a chance for all to look back on what has already been achieved and to confidently look forward to continued growth and successes in the coming years. In an afternoon of activities attendees were able to take part in bowling, pool, karaoke, badminton, and table tennis, before coming together for dinner, speeches, and awards of recognition.

In his speech, Philip Lew stressed the importance of maintaining the “family spirit” that exists at XBOSoft, as well as ensuring that future growth of the company is based upon the quality of services provided to all clients. ”XBOSoft is an organization that gives employees the freedom to be creative, and encourages every member of the team to share their ideas on how we can continuously improve.
