Delivery models differ in their distribution of XBO resources among onsite, offsite, near-shore and offshore locations. Resource allocation depends on the amount of direct communication, volume of work, and cost savings that can be efficiently achieved.

A strong need for direct communication may require placing an XBO Project Manager on-site to work directly with developers and in-house QA staff. For other projects, test results and status reports may be sufficient, all of which are available via secure 24x7 access on XBO CommONE^TM.

The Onsite - Offshore Services Delivery Model is the most frequently used model, because it judiciously mixes offshore and onsite components for various phases of the project in order to deliver offshore cost savings to the clients without compromising on the quality of project deliverables. Offshore components can always be transferred to the customer using a standard Build Operate Transfer model thereby enabling rapid market presence and entry.
