| Philip Lew, Company Founder |

As CEO, Mr. Lew guides XBOSoft in its overall strategy, operations, and business development. Previously, Mr. Lew worked at a Chinese outsourcing company as their Chief Operating Officer and Senior Vice President.
Previously, Mr. Lew founded Pulse Technologies, Inc., a leader in contact center systems integration. As the company's President, Mr. Lew managed the overall growth and operations of the company. In 1996, Pulse Technologies and its proprietary call center data warehousing software called soEASY were sold to EIS International (a public company listed on NASDAQ), a nationwide leader in contact center management systems. Mr. Lew served as Senior Vice President-Systems Integration Services at EIS following the acquisition. Shortly after the acquisition, Mr. Lew went to the Netherlands, where he managed the development and deployment of new products at TeleDynamics, a telecommunications software product company that sold products and services to PTT Telecom.
Mr. Lew has served as Assistant Dean at the College of Software in Beijing University of Aeronautics & Astronautics and as an Adjunct Professor at Alaska Pacific University and Project Management College teaching graduate courses in software engineering, IT project management, and IT Governance. Mr Lew is a certified PMP.
Mr. Lew has presented at several conferences including InterFace, CTI Expo, and EuroForum on contact center technology and applications. He has been published in Project Management Technology, Network World, Telecommunications Magazine, Call Center Magazine, TeleProfessional, and DataPro Research Reports. He received his B.S. and Master of Engineering degrees in Operations Research from Cornell University. He is currently a Doctoral candidate at Beihang University in Beijing, China where his research area focuses on determining software reliability using model-based test partitioning. |

As Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Schoon brings broad experience in the areas of technology, software, hardware, networking, data storage, contract manufacturing and semi-conductors. Additionally, Schoon has an extensive financial background as a stock analyst and investment specialist in a diverse array of sectors including manufacturing, retail, medical and biotech.
Living in China for most of the past 8 years and working inside Chinese companies enables Schoon to deliver the exquisite balance of optimizing Chinese speed and resources to address the concerns of American clients interested in leveraging global outsourcing.
Schoon holds an MBA from Michigan and an MSW from Michigan State University. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and earned the ChfC, CLU, CFP and PMP designations. Schoon's expertise developed from over 25 years of international experience in sales, marketing, business development and strategic planning, particularly in emerging markets, makes him a highly sought board director for numerous private companies. He has also served on the boards of companies on the NASDAQ and New York Stock Exchange. |

As a vice president of business development, Arthur brings to Xbosoft over 20 years of engineering and marketing experience in Silicon Valley. He has worked in a number of startups such as UB Networks that became HP and Bridge Communications, but now exists as 3Com.
Arthur graduated from UC Berkeley with a bachelor's degree in computer science. His experience in Fortune 500 companies includes management roles in strategic marketing and software development at GE and Xerox. His most recent consulting clients include Microsoft, HP, Sun Microsystems, Nortel Networks, Mainsoft, National Semiconductors, and FSI. |

Steve brings to XBOSoft considerable experience in business and marketing. He served as a VP of Marketing for 4 years at Computer Associates, where he co-founded the consumer business unit which boosted the expansion of the CA footprint in web-based sales, driving distribution of security software to the home and small office markets. Under Steve's stewardship, the stand-alone start-up division added over 300,000 new subscribers and $5 million revenue per year.
An engineer by training, "Steve provides a rare combination of management expertise, international project experience and technology" comments Philip Lew, founder and CEO of XBOSoft. Steve's experience in the oil industry includes both technical and management roles for UOP as Chief Process Engineer, Sales Manager, and Business Development Director in Asia, Europe, Latin America and the Middle East.
Steve serves on the Board of Directors for the Chinese-American Service League (CASL) in Chicago, the largest and most comprehensive social service agency in the Midwest dedicated to serving the needs of Chinese Americans with over 300 employees and a $9.2 million annual operating budget.
He holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of California, Davis.
